Keeping Shoulders Pain Free and Correcting Shoulder Posture
If you are having pain in your shoulders when you lift weights, sleep, or even just performing daily tasks, chest tension and weak shoulder retraction may be the culprits. This is very helpful. I think the assessment alone could be very illuminating for some clients. I’m going to share it with my clients. As an alternative to the medicine ball, I find placing the edge of the foam roller along the pec minor provides a lot relief (for those people who have foam rollers but not med balls available). Great work!
